I leave a response when I like a post on a site or if I have something to contribute to the conversation. Usually it's triggered by the sincerness displayed in the post I read. And after this post 发表帖子 - 医学资源分享 - 紫梦论坛：紫梦中心. I was moved enough to drop a thought ;-) I actually do have 2 questions for you if you do not mind. Is it only me or do a few of the responses come across like left by brain dead folks? :-P And, if you are posting on additional sites, I'd like to keep up with everything fresh you have to post. Would you list the complete urls of your community sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
